Аннотация. В статье обсуждается ряд актуальных проблем и задач, связанных с влиянием наследия выдающегося русского педагога, основателя российской педагогической науки К.Д.Ушинского на развитие дидактики на современном этапе. Рассматриваются педагогические, психологические и технологические аспекты совершенствования учебно-воспитательного процесса, задачи развития дидактической науки, в том числе в условиях цифровой трансформации образования и общества. Abstract. The article discusses a number of topical problems and tasks related to the influence of the legacy of the outstanding Russian teacher, the founder of Russian pedagogical science Ushinsky K.D. on the development of didactics at the present stage. The pedagogical, psychological and technological aspects of improving the educational process, the tasks of the development of didactic science, including in the conditions of digital transformation of education and society, are considered. Аннотация. В современном российском обществе отношение человека к нормативным установкам является критически опасным, что обусловлено новым оценочным форматом культуры, в том числе педагогической, ослаблением ее интегрирующих ценностей, усилением их «служебного» характера, когда смысловое пространство гуманизма оказывается социокультурно и когнитивно детерминировано «негативным гуманизмом», подчиняющим объект субъекту, чей деятельностно-преобразовательский пафос воплощается в «просвещенческовоспитательской» (Т.Д.Федорова) этико-аксиологической программе. Авторы обращают внимание на сложность восприятия и критического отношения к правовой реальности взрослого человека, множество культур которого обусловлено доминирующими стандартами социального взаимодействия во внешней среде, определяемого осмысленным, и чаще всего поставленным под сомнение, отношением к власти, религии, правовой традиции как манипуляторам сознанием отдельных людей и целых обществ. Abstract. In modern Russian society, a person's attitude to normative attitudes is critically dangerous, which is due to the new evaluative format of culture, including pedagogical, the weakening of its integrating values, the strengthening of their «official» character, when the semantic space of humanism is socioculturally and cognitively determined by «negative humanism», subordinating the object to the subject, whose activity-transformative pathos It is embodied in the «enlightenment and educational» (T.D. Fedorov) ethical and axiological program. The authors draw attention to the complexity of perception and critical attitude to the legal reality of an adult, whose many cultures are conditioned by the dominant standards of social interaction in the external environment, determined by a meaningful, and most often questioned, attitude to power, religion, legal tradition as manipulators of the consciousness of individuals and entire societies. The article emphasizes that the legal culture of an adult transforms perceived social information, contributing to or hindering antisocial behavior that goes beyond the culture, «neurotically obsessed» (N.Luman). The desire to preserve the old or acquire a new legal identity as a state of a person who is aware of belonging to a social group as a fundamentally important quality of his own personality, which in a situation of changing his self-consciousness under the influence of social, political, economic, ideological, religious and other factors of the modern cultural environment is fundamentally important. Sociocultural approach to education: language in the context of a sociocultural situation

Аннотация. В статье в контексте социокультурного подхода к образованию и ряда его аспектов рассматривается родной национальный язык. Представлены основные характеристики, инструментарий, тип социокультурной ситуации. Анализируются явления и процессы возрождения, развития и деградации родных языков в разных типах социокультурных ситуаций («чужой фон», «малый этнос внутри большого», «из культурного центра в социокультурную пустыню» и другие). На примере опыта анализа культурных образовательных практик разных регионов России и стран мира (Татарстан, Башкортостан, Марий Эл, Саха (Якутия), Канада, Израиль и др.) раскрываются факторы торможения и возрождения национальных языков, гуманитарные механизмы их развития.  Abstract. The article considers the native national language in the context of the socio-cultural approach to education and a number of its aspects. The main characteristics, tools, type of socio-cultural situation are presented. The phenomena and processes of the revival, development and degradation of native languages in different types of socio-cultural situations are analyzed ("alien background", "small ethnic group within a large one", "from a cultural center to a socio-cultural desert" and others. On the example of the experience of analyzing cultural educational practices of different regions of Russia and countries of the world (Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Mari El, Sakha (Yakutia), Canada, Israel, etc.), the factors of inhibition and revival of national languages, humanitarian mechanisms of their development are revealed. Preservation of the cultural heritage of the indigenous peoples of the North in a multicultural educational environment

Аннотация. Авторы статьи на основе анализа нормативно-правовых актов, стратегических программ и исследований по вопросам защиты коренных малочисленных народов Севера выявляют проблемы, приоритеты и возможности сохранения их культурного наследия. Сложности этнической социализации приводят к активизации социально-психологической защиты, этнической отчужденности и, как следствие, развитию конфликтов. Возможность восполнения знаний о культуре, ценностях и самобытности уникальных этносов связывается с обучением и воспитанием подрастающего поколения. Особо выделяется значение процедуры онлайн-медиации для сохранения культурного наследия в условиях поликультурной образовательной среды. В этой связи авторами проводится интервьюирование среди специалистов школьных служб примирения (медиации) с целью выявления конфликтогенных факторов, возможностей и проблем внедрения процедуры онлайн-медиации и разрабатывается электронный образовательный курс, раскрывающий этнопсихологические и коммуникативные особенности различных культур и возможности процедуры онлайн-медиации для формирования толерантного отношения к представителям различных этносов в условиях поликультурного образовательного пространства. Abstract. Analyzing normative legal acts, strategic programs and research on the protection of indigenous peoples of the North, the authors of the article identify problems, priorities and opportunities for the preservation of cultural heritage. The difficulties of ethnic socialization lead to the activation of sociopsychological protection, ethnic alienation and, as a result, the development of conflicts. The possibility of replenishing knowledge about the culture, values and identity of unique ethnic groups is associated with the education and upbringing of the younger generation. The importance of the online mediation procedure for the preservation of cultural heritage in a multicultural educational environment is highlighted. In this regard, the authors conduct interviews among specialists of school reconciliation (mediation) services in order to identify conflict-causing factors, opportunities and problems of implementing online mediation procedures and develop an electronic educational course that reveals the ethnopsychological and communicative features of various cultures and the possibilities of online mediation procedures for the formation of a tolerant attitude towards representatives of various ethnic groups in a multicultural educational space. Аннотация. В статье рассматривается формирование с помощью художественных текстов профессионально-ориентированной языковой компетенции у студентов, изучающих иностранный (английский) язык. Предложены некоторые методические рекомендации по отбору материала, составленные на основе опыта работы в Московском государственном юридическом университете им. О.Е.Кутафина (МГЮА). Хотя отмечены не только достоинства, но и недостатки использования аутентичных художественных текстов на занятиях по английскому языку, высказано мнение о том, что это необходимо для формирования познавательной функции, развития сознания и чувств, становления личности, взглядов и убеждений обучающихся. Abstract. The article deals with the formation of professionally-oriented linguistic competence of foreign (English) language students by means of literary texts. The article provides some methodological recommendations on the selection of the material, based on the experience of Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSLU). Pointing out not only some advantages, but also disadvantages of using authentic fiction texts in English classes, the author believes it is necessary for the formation of cognitive functions, the development of consciousness and feelings, the formation of personality, views and beliefs of students. Formation of the health of preschool children in the family: the results of socio-pedagogical research

В статье отражены результаты проведенного авторами исследования, цель которого состояла в изучении социально-педагогических аспектов формирования здоровья детей, посещающих детский сад и проживающих в семье. На основе анализа полученных количественных и качественных показателей составлен социальный портрет обследованных семей, охарактеризованы социальные условия их жизни, особенности воспитания детей в семье, организация домашнего питания дошкольников, соблюдение привычного для них режима в воскресные дни, использование ими электронных устройств. Представлена оценка родителями собственного здоровья и здоровья детей. Сформулированы общие рекомендации специалистам образования и социальной защиты по сохранению и укреплению детского здоровья. Abstract. The article reflects the results of a study conducted by the authors, the purpose of which was to study the socio-pedagogical aspects of the formation of the health of children attending kindergarten and living in a family. On the basis of the obtained quantitative and qualitative indicators, a social portrait of the surveyed families was compiled, the social conditions of their life, the peculiarities of raising children in the family were characterized. Organization of home meals for preschool children, observance of their usual regime on Sundays, their use of electronic means. Parents' assessment of their own health and children's health is presented. General recommendations to specialists of education and social protection are formulated. Key words. В статье осуществляется историко-педагогической реконструкция некоторых сведений о талантливом казахском поэте и педагоге М.Б.Жумабаеве, судьба которого тесно связана с историей нашей страны. Вместе с тем, о жизни и творчестве этого человека более полувека не было никакой информации, поэтому произошла их мифологизация. Автор статьи объясняет ее причины и развенчивает мифы. На основе анализа архивных документов уточняются факты, связанные с образованием и деятельностью Жумабаева-педагога, охарактеризованы некоторые его взгляды на обучение. Ключевые слова. Abstract. The article provides a historical and pedagogical reconstruction of some information about the talented Kazakh poet and teacher M.B.Zhumabayev, whose fate is closely connected with the history of our country. At the same time, there was no information about the life and work of this man for more than half a century, so their mythologization took place. The author of the article explains its reasons and debunks myths. Based on the analysis of archival documents, the facts related to the education and activities of Zhumabayev, a teacher, are clarified, some of his views on education are characterized. Key words. Аннотация. В настоящее время наблюдается небывалый рост популярности онлайн-обучения. Цифровые технологии открыли доступ ко многим возможностям для самообучения. Однако современная образовательная система очень медленно реагирует на запросы общества. Это связано с рядом как объективных, так и субъективных причин. К первым можно отнести неравномерность финансового оснащения вузов, ко вторым – нежелание некоторых представителей системы перестраиваться под требования сегодняшнего дня. В статье рассматривается создание авторского контента на цифровой платформе Stepic и его влияние на эффективность учебного процесса. Цель статьи – выявить возможности агрегатора Stepic в преподавании учебной дисциплины в режиме смешанного обучения. Ключевые слова. Abstract. Nowadays there is an unprecedented increase in the popularity of online learning. Digital technologies have opened up the access to many opportunities for self-learning. However, the modern educational system very slowly responds to the demands of the society. This is due to a number of both objective and subjective reasons. Objective reasons include the uneven financial support of higher institutions, whereas subjective reasons include the unwillingness of some representatives of the system to adapt to the present-day requirements. The article touches upon the creation of author’s content on the Stepic digital platform and its impact on the educational process efficiency. The aim of the article is to reveal the possibilities of the Stepic aggregator of the academic discipline teaching in hybrid learning mode. Key words.
